i installed exchange server 2010 , and this is the screen shot of the mail box server but i have doubt about it because it says unavailable for every thing !! is that normal or what ??

You are looking at the Organization Health report. this does not refresh/gather data automatically. This does not mean something is wrong if it is unavailable, just that you haven't collected data. In order to show something there, you need to click on the "Collect Organizational Health Data" link in the actions pane in that view.
