Exchange Server 2010 Keeps doing the following:
All, I have a Exchange 2010 built on 2008R2. Exchange was just patched to SP1 and all patches have been applied to 2008R2. I'm getting the following error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.272.7 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: d1 BCP1: 0000000000000000 BCP2: 0000000000000002 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: FFFFF8800168A7A0 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 272_3 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\111910-43890-01.dmp C:\Users\eddieeagle\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-114250-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt Can anyone tell me what is going on?

BlueScreens are tough to decipher and you may need to open a ticket with Microsoft support to get to the bottom of it. With that being said, how often does it bluescreen? Is it random? Did you also update you AV program? Any other meaningful events in the system or application event log? Have you applied all the latest firmware and drivers for your server/OS? You have a defective device driver, not a problem with Exchange. Exchange runs in user mode and can't cause the problem. You should move this question to an O/S forum. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
