After checking for the above issues, try the following: -Check the Event Viewer for events related to authentication. -Change the authentication method; add the destination computer to the WinRM TrustedHosts configuration setting or use HTTPS transport. Note that computers in the TrustedHosts list might not be authenticated. -For more information about WinRM configuration, run the following command: winrm help config. Do you have AD Trust Relationship between two forest? As per the error message Kerberos authentication: The network path was not found. Check the network and make sure you are able to ping the server from one forest to another. Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

There has to be Trust between two forest, if there is not trust how will be able to move the Users and Other AD Object. (Move mailbox doesn't require Trust) Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

Hi, It is not recommended to install Exchange 2010 and domain controller in a same machine. It could cause some potential issues. Please set up a new machine and join this machine to domain, then install Exchange 2010 and see if the issue persists.
