Exchange Server 2007 Mail sending Problem
Hi Guys, I am using to clustered Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise Edition.I am using Outlook 2010 Version as a mail client. I create again same user after removing available user in AD.After this process done,I send a mail to another user. I am receiving the following error #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##" I see user's mailbox in the disconnect mailbox list from the Exchange Management Console. And I wrote the following command line from Exchange Management Shell for mailbox ID, "Get-MailboxStatistics | where-object { $_.DisconnectDate -ne $null } | Select DisplayName,MailboxGuid" After ,I get ID from list and, "Remove-Mailbox -Database Magicdata -StoreMailboxIdentity d28679a2-b472-4686-9349-5baa7fdb3a2c -confirm:$false" I removed disconnect mailbox, then refreshed I address list from Exchange Management Shell, I send again a mail from Outlook, I am receiving same error.("#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##".) I flushed Outlook cache then again updated I my address book.I am receiving same error. But, I sending from another user then forward can be I which send mail.it's very strange problem. Hi Verify the URL below, this should resolve your issue. You need to edit the the LegacyExchangeDN value to fix the problem. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/exchangesvrtransport/thread/1017a052-9a43-48e4-8a6c-ff5658cfd92b Hope this helps Thanks Sumanth G

Hi, As above mentioned, this issue can occur if the routing of mail in Exchange recipients is done with the legacyExchangeDN attribute, and the legacyExchangeDN attribute is changed when you recreate the mailbox. When you deleted the user and recreated it, the mailbox would have the same email address but a new LegacyExchangeDN for the new exchange 2010 administrative group. What you need to do is use adsiedit tool to edit the mailbox LegacyExchangeDN properties back to the old value. You can look at another migrated users LegacyExchange DN to get the prefix before the mailbox name. For more information about LegacyExchangeDN, please refer to the following article: Understanding the LegacyExchangeDN Thanks. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
