Hi, I didn't understand the requirement clearly, since clusters are only for mailbox role & for high availability in HUB you should has multiple hub server & for CAS you need to deploy NLB. Each cluster is good in it own way, just figure you ur requirement & what hardware is ther for the cluster & you can proceed.
