It should be done by ADSIEdit. is more is that the path that is in on:
Configuration> Services> Microsoft Exchange> companyname> Administrative Group> GroupName.
Alli see that the server appears.
My question is:
If I delete it, as I can do if something could fail to return as it was?
Before I check if that server as even fulfill any function?
What is the safest procedure to remove it?
Cheers,

Hi,
I understand you want to remove Exchange 2003 in your organization.
I suggest we can refer to the below article to complete the decommission.

Hope it helps.

David
Hi,
I want to remove, but the server no longer exists or physical or virtual. I do only every query through GET- command; the server appears.
Now we move to Exchange Server 2013. But an observation is that there should be nothing 2003.
As I take all these records?
And delete everything from Exchange 2003, so the URL does not serve me.
Thank you very much for the reply. Keep waiting another informancion.
Even though it is possible to remove via ADSIEDIT that is strongly discouraged unless you are re-installing the same server.
Recommended to recover the server, and then gracefully uninstall using add/remove programs.

If you cannot install or run Exchange System Manager, you can use the Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) Edit snap-in to manually remove enough of the server attributes so that you can try a successful reinstallation. This method does not perform cleanups of references to the server object outside the server's own container. We do not recommend that you use this method unless you intend to immediately reinstall the server in the same administrative group. This is because you may have to manually remove or edit many attributes on objects throughout Active Directory
