Exchange Server 2003 and Sharepoint
Hi, I have recently set up sharepoint to be able to receive documents via email. I have configured the directory management service, so that accounts are automatically created when theincoming email function is activated on a document list. The issue I have discovered is this: When I send an email using the email address explicitly, the email is saved in HTML format and the document is also saved to the library. However, if I use the Exchange 2003address book entry for the library, the email is saved as plain text, and the attachment is not saved at all. Can anyone tell me if this could be related to a setting in exchange or Active Directory? Thanks,Lee.
