Exchange Server 2003 System Manager
Hello, We have a user that I'm trying to reconnect his mailbox in System Manager to his AD user object. Currently it's orphaned. Upon reconnecting the mailbox I enter the users name to try and assoicate and it states" An object(User or Other Object) with the following name cannot be found.We have over 500 employees which gives me the same message for 90% of any user I try to add. His AD user object is present and enabled. I've ran the clean up agent! When I go into his AD user object he only has 3 tabs regarding email, and when I go into exchange tasks on his AD object the only option present is to remove exchange attributes. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi, If you get an option to remove exchange attributes you need to start by doing just that. After a little while you should then be able to reconnect the user to his mailbox. Leif

Okay, Would I have to run "exchange task" again once I reconnect? Nevermind, it worked!!
