Hi This is one obvious problem. Your exchange can’t access AD. You should check setting of network (can you ping DC server?dns, add new firewall ?) Then please check your permission. Maybe network is well and dc administrator changes permission of account. Event 2114 This problem occurs because the Exchange security groups do no have the appropriate user rights to enable the Directory Service Access (DSAccess) component to communicate with Active Directory. You can fix it according to this article. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919089 Event 1053 it shows network connectivity or configuration problem exists. You can fix it according to this article http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Windows+Operating+System&ProdVer=5.2&EvtID=1053&EvtSrc=Userenv&LCID=1033
