We have an Active/Passive Exchange Server 2003 SP2 cluster. One of the node is not working. When we try to move the active node to this node, it fails. Your help would be appreciated.

Is there any error event in the application log when attempting to perform the failover? Please use the ClusDiag.exe to troubleshoot the exchange cluster Please run ExBPA against the cluster for health check

can you please post cluster log file and also event errors which you are getting while moving resources.It also good practice to run EXBPA to check the lacking component for exchange.
