I recently needed to reinstall Exchange 2003 on a SBS server due to a problem with IIS. Ever since I reinstalled it, I have not been able to consistently get the exchange server to send/recieve emails properly. When I try to send a test email to the site, I get a bounce back saying that the email doesn't exist, at the same time it delivers the same email to my inbox. (<xxxxx.ccc #5.1.1>) When users try to send email out, it doesn't get sent. It does not stack in the SMTP queue, and so far, I have not recieved the emails that they sent earlier this morning. I did test the SMTP using SMTPdiag, and it found no issues connecting to the SMTP folder.
