Hi Have you tried to turn on diagnostic logging and check if it goes through? Do you really mean "GAL", or "OAB" (Offline Address Book)? If Outlook is configured to use cached-mode the OAB is what Outlook will use. If the OAB hasn't yet been generated then Outlook won't have downloaded it yet. If you change Outlook to NOT use cached mode do you see the GAL?
