Exchange Server 2003 - Send As Rights automatic delete after 1 hour
Hello,
I have a little question. I set for a User in AD (this have an Exchange Server 2003 mailbox), the Send As right for an another user.
After 1 hour is this right deleted. I have found this article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907434/en-us
But the User is only a member of Domain Users.
Does anyone know this problem?

Hello,
is your user (or maybe the entire "Domain Users" group?) a member of an administrative group (like Domain Admins etc.)?
If yes your user account falls under the "AdminSDHolder" which resets the user's permissions to a default level.
You can find more information here:

Thank you very much,
after I removed the group from the group
print operators group, now
get the Send As rights.
But I have now a new problem. The people get a NDR message, when he send from an another user? The people have the send as rights.
NDR: You are
not authorized to send to this recipient.
Please contact the system administrator.
