Hello, Is it possible to setup 1 user or group and have multiple mailboxes attached. Example: User = Medical Group = Medical Now we want to create 8 mailboxes but there are not 8 individual Users in Active Directory. How do we go about doing this? Thanks

Hi. One user can have only one personal mailbox, but it is possible to create a user Medical with mailbox Medical and give user1 full mailbox and "send as" permissions for this mailbox. In this way user one1 can open this mailbox as an additional mailbox in Outlook and send/receive mails as theMedical user. Leif
