Hi, Not sure what you are looking for? If the meeting organizer gets a meeting declined because of a conflict the meeting organizer should find a new time (actually the organizer shouldn't book a meeting in a room which is already booked - which Outlook should tell him). The conflict message is only sent to the original creator of the meeting. Leif

Hi, I don't believe that there is anything you can do about that. The meeting organizer is responsible for inviting an available room - so he should look at the availability of the room before sending the invite. Leif
