Exchange Online Setup

Hi, I have just got Exchange Online for one email I need synchronized on 2x computers. However, I am having trouble getting it setup. I have confirmed ownership of our domain name, and then added the email address to the 2x computers outlooks. Changes are synchronizing within Outlook as I had hoped :)

However, I am unable to send or receive emails from this email from within Outlook? There must be a setting I am missing, but I can't find this. 

UPDATE: I can send to external emails, just not to internal emails (ie. same domain name).

I recommend you post this in Exchange online forum, as this is the forum for on-premise exchange only.

Sounds to me like you have setup just 1 email account in Exchange Online and have the rest of your email accounts for the same domain somewhere else?? That will never work without changing the domain to internal relay and setting up a Send Connector in Exchange Online, then doing whatever remedial work is necessary on the other mail system which you do not mention.

Anyhow as Niko mentions you should post this in the Exchange Online forums.
