Exchange Online - identify IP addresses connecting to account
We have an Office 365 subscription and I need to identify what IP address is being used to connect to accounts by my staff. How can we do this?

Hi,

You don't need to know about the IP address. Just create an outlook profile (Control Panel->Mail>Create a Profile) with email address and password. Autodiscover is able to find the mailbox automatically (remember to set all the DNS entries correct in your public DNS)

In case you are asking about obtaining the IP address from which a particular user is connecting, use the Azure AD reports as detailed here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-view-access-usage-reports/#user-specific-reports

Hi,

Please refer to above link given by Vasil to get the user-specific reports.

The report Shows the sign in activity for a user. The report includes information like the application signed into, device used, IP address, and location. We do not collect the history for users that sign in with a Microsoft account.

In addiction, I understand that the issue is related to Office 365, if the above link doesn't work , I suggest you can ask a question in Office 365 forum for more help:
