Exchange OWA issue
We have MS 2003 exchange that stoped dislpaying the images on the OWA page. The formatting is there and the app is working but the images (gif) do not display. They did and just seemed to stop with no apparent reason. I did a reset of the virtual folders with the same result. Does anyone know the answer? Scott

There are multiple reasons, it could be caused if the username and passwords for the IUSR_ComputerName and IWAM_ComputerName accounts are out of synch within the IIS metabase and User Manager. This will produce the missing images replaced by red x boxes. Also if you're running in a Front End Back End topology make sure that their on the same exchange service pack and roll up level, otherwise it can cause this symptom as well. You have to use the adsutil.vbs in method 1. Instructions are pretty straight foward. PRB: Configured Identity Is Incorrect for IWAM Account http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=297989James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com
