Hi,You need to insert the Exchange 2007 CD and there will be a pop for the roles to be installed. when you look into this screen very carefully, there is a check box to install "Managment tools".check the box and go ahead with the installation.Raj

I already have gone through it. But I did not way to download the Management tools for windows server 2008 32 bit. If I download Exchagne 2007 32 bit then does it solve my problem.Arun
