Hi, Please note that if we new mailbox, we need to have the following privilege: Exchange Recipient Administrator role Account Operator role for the applicable ActiveDirectory containers Please understand that each action need different permission to perform. Permission Considerations http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996881.aspx If we want to move mailbox, then we need to have the following privilege: Exchange Server Administrator role Exchange Recipient Administrator role local Administrators group Besides, with Cluster, if we are running Windows Server 2008,then we may encounter UAC related issue. Thanks for your email - well as said in my query i have seen these URL - but i am really confusued how to perfom - as mention that the suppot team are in the OU and the only policy is enabled them is 1. Account Operator2. Local AdminOur suppot guys uses admin pack for AD & EMC on WinXP with SP3 --- so how can they do the task which i mention above..Secondly during the testing with EMC console on XP i found that if the support engineer cant peform these actions..1. Cant move the mailbox to other mail storeage group2. Cant add the recepient to the groupSo guys would you kindly assist me .... pleaseeeeeeeeeeeThanks
