Exchange Mail box Calendar Settings for the user
Hi Experts,
I investigating a calendar issue one of users is experiencing. She is getting a calendar meeting request as an email item(he can’t accept/Tentative/Decline). The service book in the device showed that the CCAL and CMIME are working properly.
Upon further investigation, it was revealed through CALH log from the BES the following:
[40000] (05/10 13:01:40.667):{0x2EF4} {jdoe@xxx.com} Meeting message has not been autmatically processed by Exchange
[40000] (05/10 13:01:40.667):{0x2EF4} {jdoe@xxx.com} Please verify this user's Exchange MailboxCalendarSettings:
[40000] (05/10 13:01:40.667):{0x2EF4} {jdoe@xxx.com} AddNewRequestsTentatively=true, AutomateProcessing=AutoUpdate, ProcessExternalMeetingMessages=true
[30602] (05/10 13:01:40.667):{0x2EF4} {jdoe@xxx.com} CBBCalendar::ProcessRequest - Cannot find associated meeting in calendar
Can anyone point me on the right direction?
Thank you in advance

Could the issue be reproduced permanently?
Does the meeting request change show as mail type when access the mailbox via outlook and OWA as well?
Does the meeting request change show as mail type before sync with blackberry?James Luo

Hi Everyone,
We found the root cause. By the time I checked user's calendar properties using Get-Mailboxcalendarsettings, we did notice
the AutomateProcessing parameter
was setup as None, and by default should be AutoUpdate. We usually use the
AutomateProcessing parameter to enable or disable calendar processing on the mailbox
We set
the AutomateProcessing parameter to Autoupdate and issue resolved
Thank you everyone
