We have a client that just changed from Frame Relay to Fios. Exchange mail in not routing out however mail does come in. The ports appear to be open. When we change back to Frame Relay the messages that are out there find there way to there destinations. Has anyone out there encoutered this issue. We are getting no resolutions from Verizon.
