Hi Hukam,Can you post all event logs related to licensing coming on your server with full detail? Looks like this is SBS 2003 issue rather than Exchange Server. You can check out below KB article if any method, described in it, helps in your. Supplement: Yes, please use the right forum for this questionAfter spent some time to research, the following is something you can start to check:Please check the licenses from licensing console, which displays the total number of CALs that have been activated on the server and maximum number of clients that were connected since the last server restart. This provides a quick indicator as to whether CALs exceed the limitation Please check the value of Concurrent connections in the registry: a. Start->Run-> Regedit b. hklm/system/ccs/services/licensinfo/msexchangeis c. Check Concurrent connections, change value to the correct number of users(the correct number is the number of licenses purchased) If the display number in the licensing console isn't correct, you may try to restart the "License Logging" serviceReferences: Description of the License Logging Service in Windows Server operating systems Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 (SBS 2003 R2) licensing FAQ
