In other words, can I set up a kiosk for users on 1 PC and have them access their mailboxs (multiple mailboxes). Can I buy just 1 CAL for a senario like this? Thanks. JB

Talk to your sales rep, butmost of the time you can license either way, but your entire org has to license that way. So if you have all kiosks you'd be fine at per device, but if you have an exec with a desktop, laptop and windows mobile phone you'd need 3 cal's for that 1 user.
