Exchange Information Store on Server is Inaccessible.
Thanks for reading. I got the following error message:
Exchange Information Store on Server <servername> is inaccessible. Make sure that the network is connected and that the Exchange Information Store is running. It was running the command 'Get-MailboxStatistics -Server '<servername>'
| Filter-PropertyNotEqualTo DisconnectDate'.
Please advice.
Thank you.

You need to provide more information.
What error message are you getting? Do you have any error messages in the event log?

Hi Santhosh, thanks for reply.
I got the problem solved.
I had GFI Mailsecurity removed from the server but the service was still preventing the information store from functioning.
I had to modify the registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\VirusScan\Enabled
from 1 to 0.
Thanks for helping out.
Best Regards,
Hill

Hi Ramy,
Did you install any mail security software directly on your exchange server?
