Exchange Disable User Problem
We are running Exchange 2007 and are running across a problem recently. Whenever we disable an account, all meetings setup by that person basically become locked. We cannot edit the meeting in any way, and the only way to send out a new invitation is to forward the meeting. Once we enable the account again, we still cannot edit the meetings. Also, we cannot edit the meetings using the admin account either...when it is disabled, or when we re-enable it again. Has anyone else run across this problem, or know a solution to this? We would really like to be able to edit meetings that diabled users created. Thanks.

Hi,Did you disable the user from ADUC or from Exchange System Manager? If yes, please try to create a account and then connect the mailbox to that account. We may need to use that account to logon the original mailbox and then update the meeting. How to Connect a Mailboxhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201701.aspxRegards,Xiu
