Hi Jayakandan, It looks like database has logical corruption. Make sure that you have set antivirus exclusion properly. Recommendations for troubleshooting an Exchange Server computer with antivirus software installed File-Level Antivirus Scanning on Exchange 2007 Restore the database from a good backup. If backup is not available then you need to do hard repair with isinteg fix on database to fix this logical corruption. Take full backup of database before using isinteg.

Is this only PF store server? Or do you have any other server with PF store and replicas? If yes, then delete the PF store on this server and mount blank PF store and add the replicas from other server.
