I've been troubleshooting this for a week. I have a two node Exchange DAG. I've enabled the antispam agents, and it seems that only email coming through my inactive node (the node where the db copy is) is filtering for spam, the active node doesn't seem to be filtering spam.

According to your post, please run Get-TransportService | FL Identity,*Anti* to ensure enable the Anti-Spam feature. If not, run Set-TransportService <Identity> -Antispamagentsenables $true to enable.

Meanwhile, run Get-TransportPipeline to check the transport agent which enabled in your environment. More details please refer to:
