Exchange DAG
We have two servers in Exchage 2010 DAG environment. I have noticed that there are some databases with different size on the servers. For example: Database test on Server A : 10GB Database test on Server B : 12GB Is this normal? Thanks

It's not normal from my experience, but I wouldn't call it alarming either. See if white space, unused space in the database, explains the file size difference: Get-MailboxDatabase -Status | FL Name,AvailableNewMailboxSpace Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Server A: Database size : 436 GB AvailableNewMailSpace: 140.8 GB CatalogData: 18.1 GB Server B: Database size : 436 GB AvailableNewMailSpace: 140.8 GB CatalogData: 48.7 GB

Catalog data is in a separate folder and is not part of the database. Sorry, I don't have an explanation for the differences.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
