Hi
According to your server name , you install exchange 2010 on windows 2008.
If my understanding is wrong, please correct me.
The Exchange schema extensions are from an unknown version. Schema version detected is 14622.
value 14622 is exchange 2007 sp2 schema version. Do you run the exchange 2010 AD prepare?
Active Directory domain 'GLOBAL' has an unrecognized Exchange signature. Current DomainPrep version: 12639.
“it is a known issue now and will be fixed in SP1 for Exchange 2010.”
The maximum incoming message size is not set. This can cause reliability problems.
The maximum outgoing message size is not set. This can cause reliability problems.

thanks for all answers , i will explain what i have and what i deployed :
1- i have Vmware workstation for making virtual machines.
2- i have 3 server with windows server 2008 R2 and one client with Windows 7 ultimate .
3- i have exchange 2010 also
what i did :
1- install Server 2008 R2 on Server no.1 and made it as Domain Controller and DNS server .
and on this server i did these prerequisites .
from run : ServerManagerCmd -:Rsat-ADDS from run : Setup/PS from run : Setup/pad from run : setup/pd
2- on the second server i put Widows Server 2008R2 (this will be my HT and CAS role ) ,
i joined to the domain (Global.com)and logged in as global\administrator i installed Microsoft Filter Pack from power shell i run this code : import -model ServerManager i run this also
This example is for a server that will host the Client Access and Hub Transport server roles.
Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server,Web-ISAPI-Ext,Web-Digest-Auth,Web-Dyn-Compression,NET-HTTP-Activation,RPC-Over-HTTP-Proxy -Restart
then i went to services and made the NetTcpPortsharing auto. and then i install exchange 2010 with custom installation and i choose only HT and cAS .
3-i put Windows Server 2008R2 on the third server (Mail Box server )
i joined it to the domain (global.com) and logged in as global\administrator from power shell i run this code : import -model ServerManager
This example is for a server that will host the Hub Transport or the Mailbox server role.
Add-WindowsFeature NET-Framework,RSAT-ADDS,Web-Server,Web-Basic-Auth,Web-Windows-Auth,Web-Metabase,Web-Net-Ext,Web-Lgcy-Mgmt-Console,WAS-Process-Model,RSAT-Web-Server -Restart

First of all I hope this is a test/dev env because I don't believe Vmware workstation is supported in prod and wouldn't use it.

Hi syamand:
If you run exbpa on virtual machine, sometimes the result will be odd.
You step to install exchange 2010 is correct.
Can you send email or receive it by exchange system?
I agree with sukh828 suggestion. You can check whether virtual support all the function.
