Exchange Alias and the Displayed Name
Please help me resolve this issue. We have a central email account with several Aliases assigned. The central email is (for simplicity of this discussion) Central@company.com. Here is the problem, when any or all emails come in from the "other" aliases, they are renamed to "Central@company.com" or simply "Central"; this is what I see in the "Inbox". I would like to see each individual Alias and not the account name. I have to look at the message header to see the original email address it was sent to (the alias name); for example Info@company.com. Support@company.com Info@company.com Purchase@company.com Is there a setting or way to view or see the original email address (the Alias) the email was destined for and not the account name it resides in? (In other words, I have 300 emails in the community Inbox all labeled, To: "Central", I cannot see what was sent to "Info" or "Support" or "Purchase")

Create Outlook Rules that flag or move the messages to specific folders based on whats in the header. You can't change the Behavior you are seeing however. That's by design.

Hi, I agree with A_D. Besides, you may try to create e-mail enabled distribution group for support, info, purchase. Xiu Zhang TechNet Community Support
