What version of Exchange? 1. You can create a seperate group for Exchange Administration and add members to that group who will administer the system. give them full exchange rights 2. Have you already configured your environemnt ?Thiyagu | MCTS/MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCSE 2003[Messaging] | http://www.myExchangeWorld.com. In your enviroment, howdo domain admin access the exchange server? Are they use the same account or just use "administrator" account to log on to exchange server. If they used administrator account then you need to change the procedure, do not allow to log on using this account. In Exchange 2007, the permission available are: 1. Exchange Organization Administrator role 2. Exchange Recipeint Administrator role 3. Exchange View-Only Administrator role 4. Exchange Server Administrator role So like Thiyagu14 said greate a "groups" and add person to this group and then assign to above listed permission.
