Exchange Activesync - new mail not being pushed to iPhone or iPad ....
Hello,
We have users with Windows Mobile 6.5 PDAs and, more recently, Apple iPhone and iPad devices running the latest iOS 4.3. Both have 3G connectivity and both are configured to use Exchange Activesync.
The problem is that the push e-mail is only working on the Windows Mobile devices - new mail (or calendar appts) only arrive on the Apple devices if the user initiates some activity on the device. Apart from that, everything else works, sending/receiving
mail, consulting the GAL, etc.
We have E2K3 and the PDAs connect to dedicated front-end servers. The IIS logs don't show anything obvious. Can anyone please suggest what to check please or if there are any tools to diagnose push e-mail?
Thanks,
- Alan.

So, the direct push is working for windows mobile device, right? I think ActiveSync is functioning normally on the exchange server, otherwise, the
issue should happen to all mobile device
Please check the configuration on the iPhone
