Exchange Active Sync is Flaky on my Android & IPad all of a sudden

Last week my Android phone stopped receiving emails. About 8 weeks prior to this, I had removed my exchange account on my IPAD and then tried adding it back but did not sync fully. Both were syncing fine before. Another user in my office
is also experiencing sync issue w her IPad.
After a whole bunch of tests adding and removing accounts and getting my IT admin involved, it was detirmined that a connection is taking place.
Here's what happened on my tests:
I moved all my inbox, contacts and calendar into a temp folder and then the sync is working fine on new emails. As I move back items in my inbox in smaller chunks, somtimes it syncs and sometimes it does not. Usualy not when I moved too much in
at once. I thought it might be a bad email or something.
Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you Tony

After having all the important mails in your inbox

Ask your IT admin to move you mailbox to a different database , it should skip and remove the corrupted ones
