Exchange Active Sync Server sometime not Responding to clients
Hello, we are having an issue with our exchange 2007 Active Sync server. it sometimes not responding to client request, even if there is a new mail(15mins interval received) in server for about 15 hours. Although the connection between server and client has been disconnected because of any reason, client devices are android mobile devices. Testing team send me a log as below, [2012-08-06][11:10:25] EAS Parser<3825>| PingStatus: 2 121 ping commands had been requested [2012-08-07][15:11:08] EAS Parser<5332>| PingStatus: 2 As i am new in this area, can anybody tell me what will be the cause? from whare i have to start trouble shoooting?

Hello, Do all the client receive no response when the server hung? Check the application log on the CAS server and see whether we can find some clues. If there are any server performance issues, use the performance monitor to troubleshoot the issue. Thanks, Simon
