Exchange ActiveSync Admin unable to view ' My Organization' in ECP
we have a new user (exchange admin) who is unable to view  'My Organization' in ECP to manage Phone & Voice (active sync devices) . What groups this new user must be added in to allow him to show 'My Organization' in E

Hi 

check if you have the key register OMECPDisabled under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\ExchangeServer\v14.  

If then please remove it by following the below article

Hi Sathish,

Thanks for your response however i guess this is not the case as the feature is functional for all other exchange admins so far, although new user is added in default groups as per our environment for exchange admins. Kindly let me know AD groups specifics to generic exchange environment the new user must be added in to allow him to show 'My Organization' in ECP ?

Hi Aditiya 


If the user is member of the below groups he/she would be able to access manage my organization 

Organization Management 
Recipient Management 
Help Desk

If all of the above are added for the user Just for a luck You can change a browser and try again.

Thanks... Sathish , apart from above groups i also discovered adding user to 'record management' also allows user to view  'My Organization' in ECP
