           I would like to ask about exchange mail account. Now I am using exchange 2013 server and using own DNS server. I create user, eg(mgmg@test.it, kyawkyaw@finance.test.it ,naungnaung@admin.test.it) .finance and admin are Organizational Unit. And then we also create DNS address look like (https://mail.test.it , https://mail.finance.test.it , https:mail.admin.test.it) . Our AD domain name is "test.it" . Can I change the mail account name from mgmg@testl.it to mgmg@finance.test.it. I cannot login using naungnaung@admin.test.it to OWA but I can login using naungnaung@test.it that is not created with this name.

Hi,

From your description, you have installed your Exchange 2013 server connecting with test.it domain (your AD domain name). So this user needs to login OWA using naungnaung@test.it email address, not naungnaung@admin.test.it email address.

Hi,

In-order to assign the new email address as you like, create the corresponding domain as accepted domain, create a new email address policy using the new accepted domain. Then apply this policy automatically to apply on the mailboxes.
