Exchange 5.5 Admin Console unattended install
Hello All, I am trying to install the Exchange 5.5 Admin console on a Citrix server hence need to create a package to run the setup silently. I have created a setup.ini file which I use with the following command prompt "..\setup /q %Path%\setup.ini" The problem I am getting is that the setup launches but asks me for the service account password which doesn't appear when I install the console manually. secondly I get the backoffice compatibility prompt which I am trying to remove since I already have the SP4 patch that will going in afterwards. My setup.ini file is shown below, can anyone help me please as this is now urgent. Did you try uncommenting the password in the service account section at the bottom?Active Directory, 4th Edition - www.briandesmond.com/ad4/

Hi there,Yes I uncommented out the password of the service account at the bottom of the setup.ini file but no luck. I am currently looking for sample setup.ini files or another management console source from exchange 2000 as we still need to manage the exchange 5.5 organisation prior to updating it to 2007.David.
