Exchange 2013 troubleshooting

its not enugh information.

only one user or full organization error?
check mail queue and eventlogs for error.

If internally in the organisation mail is not transferred or received by the user but he is able to ping the server then how to troubleshoot this problem and find a solution ???

Hi,

For your question, we need more information about this issue. For example, internal or external mail flow, NDR or queue error.
We can check the setting for send connector as well as accept domain.

Hi Sikdar,

Ask user to login to OWA and ask to send email to himself. Also do you see new incoming emails there. If yes, you have issues with Outlook and client connectivity via OutlookAnywhere.

If no, there there is issue with the user account or your Exchange server itself.
