Hi Eamin,

Thank you for your question.

Did this issue occur all the time?

Are there any updates in the recently?

First of all, we make sure Exchange Server authentication was checked in receive connector on both Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013.

Then we could disable anti-virus on Exchange server to check if the issue persist.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Hello guy,

Yes, this issue occurred all the time only on one of DAG member.

It was fixed by very strange solution.

When I check default receive connector on affected exchange 2013 server, exchange server authentication was checked. I unchecked it and restarted transport server. After it, I checked it again and restarted transport service again.

I checked in a few minutes and saw that the queue was empty....

P.S. Why should I check default receive connector configuration on exchange 2013 server which sends mail to exchange 2007? Should not it be an issue on receive connector on exchange 2007?

Hi,

Exchange Server authentication should be checked in receive connector on both Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
