Error

The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();

      if ($RoleStartTransportservice)

      {

           start-SeetupService-ServiceName FMS

      }

      "was run: "Service 'FMS' failed to reach status 'Running' on this server.".

i am running windows 2012R2 on vmware / hyper-v

getting the same error on both.

anybody please,any idea,what am i missing

From your description, I recommend you start the Microsoft Exchange Filtering Management Service manually and continue the Exchange 2013 installation to check the result.

If the issue persists, you can check if there is any related error in application log.
