I have the same issue on a brand new Windows 2012 with exchange 2013 server. Why would I need to create a new mailbox store if the machine does not even have any mailboxes yet? This solution is not going to work for me. Microsoft needs to figure out why two pieces of their own software cannot work together without throwing warnings. I also have these errors and I also have an Exchange server that can't be communicated with by Outlook clients (but can be communicated via OWA). Are you gentlemen having any issues with your mail stores or is everything working fine and you simply have error messages?

I have the same issue as well, my Outlook clients cannot connect, mail is being delayed, and get the same Mid_tier Issue.. This has to be fixed....
