MBX and CAS is on one VM server. 60 - 80 mailboxs. each mailbox size  2GB . No HA and DAG require.

I using vendor calculator.

   Databases - - 2 Disks (450GB 12G SAS 15K 2.5in SC ENT HDD) RAID10 Spares
   Restore LUN  - 2 Disks (300GB 12G SAS 10K 2.5in SC ENT HDD) RAID10 Spare

Is it good enough?

I also using Exchange 2013 Server Role Requirements Calculator to calculator but result is no ok . Without HA some value can't be display correctly.

I'd recommend figuring out what you don't have set right in the Calculator and fix it.

Yes, i change the No HA deployment and the server configuration become wrong.

Also select "Server Role Virtualization: Yes"

i found the formula , server CPU megacycle requirements is refer to =IF(HAOption="Yes",calcNumDBMemSizing,"--")

if i select no HA the value will return #VALUE,but the memory is display  correct 16GB.

it look this excel is for large scale exchange with HA environment.

it is helpful information for similar scenario.
