Hello all!

Running into an issue where users are unable to create public folders from outlook 2010 or 2013.

Exchange 2013 cu7 migrated from Exchange 2010 using the public folder batch migration process. Exchange 2010 is no longer in the environment.

When running get-publicfolderpermission -identity \public\folder I can see that the users and groups have owner permissions. I've removed and re-added them as well.

However, when the user goes to create a new public folder they get an error that just says they are unable to create a folder.

anyone have any idea on why this is happening?

We you are able to find a resolution for this problem? We've run into the same issue after migrating Public Folders from 2010 to 2013. Users are unable to create new folders using Outlook.
