Hello, I've looked at several discussions on this topic however can't seem to find a solution.  Exchange 2013 appears to have installed properly, all prerequisites have been met, mail store created, services start....however when into the admin screen it's blank.  Does this with IE, Chrome and Firefox.  Another associated problem, the Exchange PS cmds don't seem to be present, some are others are not.

Any thoughts, suggestions, pointers would be appreciated.

For a test situation, add the account as a member of 'Organizational Management' group and try again.

In addition, we could delete window profile to check if the issue persist by the following link:

We could check if OWA is worked, if not, we could restart IIS by the following  command:

IISReset /noForce
