Exchange 2013 Public folder user access problem
Hi , Users can access public folder but public folder access down when users search any email object on public folder. Our see exchange server event log this message event id 1006 source: MSExchangeDiagnostics The performance counter '\\EXC2K13\MSExchangeIS Store(mailbox database 2004504767)\Quarantined Mailbox Count' sustained a value of '1.00', for the '10' minute(s) interval ending at '3/4/2013 12:45:00 PM'. Additional information: None. Trigger Name:StoreQuarantinedMailboxCountTrigger. Instance:mailbox database 2004504767

This message indicates that a mailbox in the database has been quarantined. By default, if a mailbox is identified as causing a crash or a deadlock three times within two hours, the Exchange store tags it as quarantined in the registry. Check the public folder mailbox for the same. The database hosting the mailbox must be remounted or the Exchange store must be restarted for the quarantined mailbox to be reset.
