Exchange 2013 Powershell won't start.

Hello,

when starting the Exchange Management shell it takes a long time to connect to the Exchange server.

Then it shows an error:

New-PSSession : [<server>] Connecting to remote server <server> failed with the following error message : WS-Management cannot process the request. The operation failed because of an HTTP error. The HTTP error (12152) is: The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response . For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

We just started with the installation of Exchange 2013 SP1 in coexistance with the Exchange 2010 server.

I can start en use the ECP. What can i do to fix?

Thanks in advance.

Hi ScreenXXL,

I recommend you refer to the following methods and check if any helps :

1. Please ensure that all the exchange services are running

2. Temporarily disable the anti-virus software

3. Try to reboot the server and check the result
