Exchange 2013 Passiv Node Content Index being FAILED

I've Exchange Server 2013 - On the passive node there are two DB which I'm unable to rebuild.

No matter what I do Update the databasecopy with -catalogOnly switch or

Stop the Search service and Host Contoller serivces , delete the CI Folder from DB volume and then run the service - still the same.

I've 8 other databases No issue only two DB are acting up. It happened when I did the server maintenance / patches on both the nodes and after rebalacing /redistributing the DB I've facing this issue.

Thanks

Rebuilding the catalog can take a while because it has to read the content from the active copy of the database.  Please be sure you're allowing enough time.

Yes I did and I did also manually updated and could see the progress but no success. It is around 26 GB and took approx 20-30 on high speed connection.

Now I notice this and think this could be the backup related issue.

Database log truncation has been requested for this database. Log truncation will occur on the active copy after the next log generation is created. Log truncation will occur automatically on the passive copies after that log file is copied.

Now I'm performing the backup for the DB on Active Node and the do the CI reseeding again, hope that fix the issue.
