Exchange 2013 OAB does not download in Outlook
I've installed Exchange 2013 in a new Server 2008 R2 domain and everything is working just fine with the exception of the Offline Address Book. The OAB is being generated but is never downloaded by Outlook - I have tested with Outlook 2007, 2010 & 2013 - no error is generated but the Outlook Send/Receive Progress task just sits there saying "Processing". Some details of my environment: Server 2008 R2 domain, freshly built in our virtual data centre. Exchange 2013 CU1 installed as the first Exchange install, consisting of one Internet facing CAS, two CAS/Mailbox servers, one database in a DAG. This is going to be used as a hosted Exchange environment so I have installed the Address Book Policy routing Agent, generated separate address lists, GALs and OABs for the test tenant organisations & implemented Address Book Policies. The tests using Outlook are with client machines which have not been joined to the domain as none of our tenant machines will be joined either. I have run Get-OabVirtualDirectory and it shows correct Internal Url & External Url values for all three servers. Test-OutlookWebServices shows success for all four results on all three servers. Autodiscover works fine for the default domain (the tenants are fictional test domains at present) I can see the OAB files when I look on the Mailbox servers under C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange server\V15\ClientAccess\OAB Can anyone help?

Hi, Can Outlook clients obtain the correct OAB url if you run Test Email Autoconfiguration? Is there any error recorded in IIS log on CAS server and Application event log? If you remove all Outlook addins and run Outlook in safe mode, can you download OAB? thanks. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
