Exchange 2013 GAL not updating after i creating new mailbox

I tryied to update with this command = Update-GlobalAddressList -Identity "My GAL"
 but nothing change, i still can't see the user in outlook address book

Please try to restart File Distribution Service.

I Fixed the problems, the problem was in my dnses, i opened the DNS forward lookup zone and see that my two cas servers and two dag servers configured, i mean the a records (exchange databases)  in there!, that's of course not right configuration!, i delete the two a records of DAG servers exchange databases, and leave only the two CAS servers, and walla i tried to delete some photos and they deleted completely from GAL.

And the second problem was in the OWA, after i successfully delete all unwanted photos from GAL

I Still see the photos that i deleted in OWA, the fix was simple i just clear all the cookies and junk from the IE and the photos permanently deleted.
